To mark the
centenary of the Chelsea Flower Show, The Royal Horticultural Society
(RHS) has lifted the ban on gnomes at this year’s event to raise funds
for the nationwide RHS Campaign for School Gardening.
A host of celebrities including Sir Elton John and Dame Maggie Smith have been invited to decorate and paint gnomes to be auctioned off to help more school kids to garden.
The 100th Chelsea Flower Show takes place at the Royal Hospital in Chelsea until 25th May.
