Your Treasured Space


This amazing piece of furniture has just been added to the "über-cool" online store Kids Love Design.

Described as " a space hidden in the midst of people", Abitacolo was designed by Bruno Munari in 1970.


More than a bed, it’s a multifunctional structure supplied with two wire nets, some shelves and baskets and a desk in which children can read, sleep, work, listen to music and play.


Abitacolo is exclusively available at Kids Love Design.

Sweet Caramel

Caramel Baby & Child started in 1998 and now has 5 boutiques in London and 1 in Japan.


Designed by Eva Karayiannis, the Spring/Summer 2010 collection sees a combination of structured shaped tops worn with more relaxed bottoms.

Girls will stand out in exaggerated puff sleeves on blouses and dresses or a classic trench coat.

For boys, the key pieces include an assortment of loose fitting smock shirts in various stripes and navy linen shorts.

Haitian Music

Sit Down


The V&A Museum of Childhood in London have a major exhibition in 2010 exploring the history of children's furniture. 'Sit down' starts on February 6 and will feature over 70 examples of seating made for children, ranging from swings to school chairs.
And because we can’t get enough of Molly-Meg, don’t miss her free workshop on the opening day from 11am until 1pm where children will be decorating a custom made story telling “throne.

The Place To Be


Bubble London, the UK's favourite kids trade show took place on 31 January & 1 February at the Business Design Centre.

Showcasing 190 collections from more than 19 countries, the event scored another record attendance with a rise of 37% in visitors on the June 2009 event.


Visitors to the show were given an entirely new perspective with the launch of Bubble Gallery.
The showroom-style environment welcolmed Bench, S & D Le Chic, Salty Dog, Salty Dog Vintage, and Barcarola.
Bubble London will be back on 20 & 21 June 2010 at The Business Design Centre

Molly-Meg's Tea Party



Dedicated to bringing 20th Century Modern design icons to the world of children, Molly-Meg created a charming tea party scene in the entrance of the latest edition of Bubble London.

Mary McCartney for Mini A Ture



Renowned photographer Mary McCartney was yesterday at Bubble to launch two very special t-shirts she designed for the Sunaway Children's Home, a small orphanage in India.



Made using organic cotton, the designs will be sold through Mini A Ture retailers worldwide and the first confirmed retailer in the UK is Selfridges London.

All proceeds from the sale will go directly to the charity.

Avant-Premiere



Kids and fashion photographer Steven Visneau was already behind our June 2009 image. For our Spring/Summer 2010 campaign, we will be using another one of his beautiful shots.

Bubble London will be back on 20 & 21 June 2010 at the Business Design Centre.

Exellent first day at Bubble London!





With an inspiring selection of over 190 children's collections from more than 19 countries, retailers and press all gave very good comments on the first day of Bubble London.

Stand Out!

Little Duckling was yesterday announced as the winner of our Stand Out Competition. Judges Corina Papadopoulou from Kidsen, Laura Kirkpatrick from CWB Magazine and Eva Klaus from Kid's Wear Magazine were impressed by the overall design and layout of the stand.




Designer Rosa Wiland will receive 6m2 of stand space at the June 2010 show.
